So many people are saying that 2008 is the year of New Beginnings that its already becoming a bit cliche. We seem to forget that new beginnings are only brought forth through the pain of birth. We have to make certain sacrificial cuts to the portions of life that mean us no good. Be they friends, habits, addictions, doubts, or the enemy of procrastination, we have to be ready to shed our dead weight for our new beginning to begin. Here's to the hard work ahead.
