Meditation.

Oh, one more thing... When I saw the L before your star I thought of a meditation I was taught yesterday in my Kundalini Yoga class.
While sitting indian style, in easy pose or in Lotus bring both hands to each knee and as you chant Sa (Birth) touch your thumb to your index finger, Ta (Life) touch your thumb to your middle finger, Na (Death) touch your thumb to your ring finger, and Ma (Rebirth) touch your thumb to your pinkie. Chant out loud for 2 min, then whisper for 2min, then be silent as you repeat it in your mind for 2 min, then whisper for 2min and end it by chanting again for another 2 minutes. Keep rotating your thumb from the index onto the pinkie & back again as you repeat Sa Ta Na Ma all the while. The teacher said this is a helpful meditation to help one embrace change & accept the natural cycles of life. The L in your name reminded me of this meditation because the teacher said it forms a L as your supposed to bring the energy in through the crown chakra & go out through the third eye, which forms an L in the mind's eye.
