Just wanted to say thanks for the invite and give a warm hello. And that battle is one I have been fighting... But I did find some awesome websites for the beginners and then some others with the intentions of freaking you out to go vegan. One is www.vegcooking.com which was pretty cool. Another is for the true beginner and I think they have a free book they will mail, I'm not sure about that, but it is an online book at www.veggie123.com. I am looking for some good Ethiopian vegetarian recipes and found one but have to re-google because I forgot to save it. But you gottah let me know if these are helpful and what you think about them...
