Hi sistah spiritually free,
Thank you so much for reaching out to me... your page/profile gives off such an honest vibe. The energy I get from your page is that you trully are a strong, real, and completely magnificient woman.
We seem to share many of the same interests:
1. Living the vegan lifestyle, I've been a vegetarian from birth but I'm fighting the battle against dairy products, sugar, and processed foods.
2. I find much truth in the budhist religion and have attended some Shambalha meditation sessions
3. I have struggled with depression and low self esteem all my life. But I can honestly say now I'm content (I still get those negative, sad thoughts) but now I know it will pass and it isn't true.
4. I am becoming spiritually free... my eyes were opened to the inconsistencies of any one religion and their dogmas but spirtuality has been so enlightening... I'm on a journey and I hope it never ends.
Well, I'm sure we will communicate and share and grow as time passes.
