What do I do when I have extreme dandruff..I mean large flaking? I am totally hating this and I do not know what I should use, I hate oiling my scalp, as it seems to make it worse. What causes dandruff to get out of control...shampoo, homemade recipes needed...PLEASE HELP!!

remedy for extreme dandruff
I always think there is something in your food that is causing it but hey......a mixture of lemon juice or vinegar(or both if it is extreme), rosemary(u can either infuse the rosemary in the vinegar first or just use rosemary oil with the herb itself), 3drops of tea tree oil and one drop of lavender. Before washing put this mixture into a spray bottle and spary onto the scalp , leave for a few minutes and then wash away. otherwsie use a normal vinegar rinse after every wash.
