Peace & Love!

Greetings! I've been a member now for a month or so, but haven't had time to get in and get involved. There is a special vibe that comes from all the brown natural faces beaming back at me that lets me know I'm in the right place. I read the topics and they are all relative. I'm not the lone vegan, the "weirdo" of the bunch with a 'fro. There is no confusion. I am so thankful to have found this place.

I'll be brief: I am a sistah, a mother, a wife, a sister, an aunt, a daughter, a lover, a warrior, a supporter, a nutritionist, a healer, a chef, a homemaker, a teacher, a student, a creator... a total, complete Yah-inspired and Yah-Driven Being.

My family is vegan and we're currently embarking on a raw food diet. I enjoy cooking, preparing raw foods, reading, writing, sewing, crocheting, growing, loving.

Daily, I'm focused on learning agriculture, reading alternative (real ) news, not to be confused with Fox, or anything like it - monitoring the heartbeat of this country in the process of falling. Those who are awake, and who choose life, will not fall with it!

I'm focused on the mental and Spiritual liberation of my people. Thought proceeds substance. So if we can clear and free our minds from bondage, our feet will follow.
