You strive to build and make your relationships (at home) work, you talk, you walk away when needed, you learn from one another.
How is it that your relationship (at work) can not be the same?
So many times you are confronted with "hatred" at work, in all shapes and forms. Can it be that difficult to put a group of people together who want to work, talk, walk away when needed, learn from one another to make that relationship grow?

Your work vs. Your home
No it is not difficult to put a group of people together . As long as, everyone has the same goal and striving for the same thing. However, everyone need to be willing to put forth that effort.
How is it that your relationship (at work) can not be the same?
Because in today socitey people are looking out for themselves. They don't trust anyone at work due, to witnessing alot of back stabbling from others to get ahead. They are so afraid to share with you their knowldge in fear you'll take their job. Half of them don't even want to be there but have to so they can survive.
