The new beginning of a new year is always the best time for you to update your current look. Have you been dying to try faux lashes to accentuate your look? Now is the best time to try, not too sure about faux lashes but still want to achieve the look, try applying MAC Prep & Prime lash primer to the lash and follow with their Plushlash mascara in Plushblack. Another great trend for the season is bold brows, very visible at fashion week, to achieve the look, follow your natural brow with MAC eye shadows in Brun or Espresso and finish with their clear brow set. Also, try using liner to spice up any everyday look.

Happy New Year! Your avatar is stunning, beautiful sis!
Ok now for my comment LOL
I am simply clueless when it comes to make-up, as a young girl in my teens I never ever wore make-up I was a dancer and well all that smudge was simply not allowed in class and for recitals an artist would apply the make-up.
I have tried to wear make-up in the past but I feel almost trapped with all that stuff on my face! I wish I could apply make-up in a very natural way caus I sometimes really dislike my face well no I mean the skin of my face. I had so much acne in my 20's and have the scars and discoloration to prove it (wich are slowly disappearing since I use oilwashes to clean my face). My beautician, who retired now :-( did give me some pointers how to apply make-up for pictures. I am still afraid to wear make-up in broad daylight tho.
I am pleased to hear that bold brows are in style caus I have not tweezed for about 6 months and am not planning to do so in the future either. All part of letting it grow and flow how GOD wants it to, wich fit perfectly with my journey into locdom.
Blessings,

There are ways that you could apply make-up without feeling trapped. Try using MAC's Studio Fix Power Plus Foundation, it has a medium to full coverage which would help cover some of the scars and discoloration and it is very lightweight. Best wishes.
