I write or send information about autism, but I have never shown pictures of my inspiration. Here they are Curtis, 16, severely autistic and Tyler 12, PDD, NOS, very high functional.

Beautiful Blessings
For some reason I can only see a pic of one child...but I am sure they are both beautiful blessings
I remember you from MySpace sis, so good to see you here
I have a nephew who is autistic...he is so loving and gentle and fun to be around and the things he says are always moving
From the perspective of our Ancestors...these are special creations of the Creator Orisha Obatala, sent here with special gifts and profound messages for the rest of us...in ancient times, we held them in high esteem and they were priests and diviners
You are Truly Blessed

The boys are a blessing. During my teaching career in New Orleans, I experienced the wonderful joy of teaching autistic, severe and profound, and orthopedically impaired students. It was an amazing adventure and I loved my kids. I still keep in touch with a lot of them and their families. I knew most of them from their ages of 14-22 so you can imagine the bonds we share. You are truly a remarkable mother and inspiration of love.
