I Love Black Men. I really do. They can be so sweet, caring, romantic, sexy and intelligent that it sometimes still amazes me. At the same time having recently re-entered the world of dating I am just baffled by them. Today I dreamed of a man. A man who was not only WORTHY but READY, FOR ME. A man who will know, figure out or have the patience to handle and embrace my independence yet also look for ways to comfort and alleviate some of the pressures & difficulties in my life. A man who wants to make a contribution, and does so happily because it reaffirms his manhood as well as my femininity. A man who is enough of a man to know what a woman really needs. And what is that you say...? I need a man who will care, listen and adapt to what will make the relationship work better, be happier and last a lifetime. That is not only communication, that is Love...Do ya feel me?

Anyway,somehow, no matter how much they may dissapoint me I still love them, I forgive them and I desire their love. I guess it has something to do with my own father, that despite his flaws and mistakes, I know that he couldn't love me more than he does. To this day he still lights up when he sees me everytime I come home to visit. I guess I learned a lot about men & love from him. That a man doesn't have to be perfect to love you (with all his heart) and that you can also love him back despite his imperfections (even if things don't always work, and even if they fall apart).
I can't say that I am not a happy single but I really look forward to the day when I meet that Beautiful Black man that I will spend the rest of my life with. I may have already met him and just don't know it yet :)

So I will say a prayer for all of us women single or in a relationship that our Black men will bring out even more of the greatness that they have within them and pour out all of their love, attention, affection, appreciation, passion & respect on us so that we may recieve the blessing of partnership that we all truly deserve. A MEN!

In the mean time... I just wanted to share some of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE EYE CANDY with all of you. I'm sure there are many men that you may secretly love that are not in this slideshow But these men right here...are most of my favorites!

Lord have mercy they are FINE & SEXY ALL DAY LONG and despite whatever challenges they must surely bring along with all that hotness,I don't know and I simply don't care. I will just Love them for the beauty I see in them as they are.
