These are great to do to help avoid the risk of getting carpel tunnel syndrome, arthritis, cramps, and other joint issues. Avoid doing repetitive hand motions with your wrist bent. Your wrists should be held straight and relaxed when you are writing, typing, drawing, driving, using scissors, or doing needlework.
