My Spirit moves me to this place... I was doing some research online, came across a few message boards and immediately felt this void, I have to get up and running here. I work full time in corporate amerikkka (for now) so it's hard to find the time to feed my Spirit the way I have for so long.
Anyway, sistahs, bare with me until I figure the site out, and make it a habit to be here daily to share me with all of you. I look forward to receiving all of the beautiful energy that's in abundance here.

Don't know much about you but looking forward to reading what you share. I'm also a practicing vegan with a lot to learn. So please share some of them raw foods meals! I'm a mama too, two boys, 12/14, what about you? How many kids do you have and are they boy/girl?

if you're raising boys, definitely share any tips you may have. As far as vegan recipes, I can share some with you. Raw? I have a few books, took a couple of classes, and have friends who are Raw, but still working it out. I can, however, make the bomb Raw Kale Greens! lol
