During my meditations
I have been meditating every morning for weeks now that i has become part of who i am. My ritual starts at 4am...yes 4am lol...i rise and ran a warm espom salt bath with drops of pure frankincense while listening to ocean waves from a meditation cd. After 30 mins of cleansing i put on a blue rob and head on to my spiritual space where i sit and chant, make music with bells, do my fire breathes and begin meditating. I visualize and speak with my Cosmic Sky Mother "Nut". She's my Goddess
of choice @ that hour because her time is between 4am and 6am before the Sun comes out.
A couple of weeks ago, there was a full moon and i could see Her in all her splendor, i bathed in its soft light and appreciated Nut, we had a conversation while i meditated. I felt sooo good and calm.
So every morning when everyone's asleep and the earth is quiet, i meet up with my beautiful Cosmic mama n have a ball :)

That is so sensational...... I have been doing ritual bathing in the evenings. I have been thinking of awakening at 4am (Im well aware of the power of that hour) to do them and do my meditation and yoga. You have inspierd me to give it a try and now I know I will not be alone. I will start tonight.

Would of definately liked to see this on the forum post.
I think I have been a worshipper of the goddess subconciously all my life, it is so natural and crucial,to know and breathe in because she is. So remembering her is always a part of my cleansing and healing rituals I start with the original black goddesses and try to work my way down or up to the present.
Became Become Becomming is expressive of RasTafarI that Became for INI To Become the freedom that is most Becomming of US.
