Recently I had some feedback on my characteristic traits from someone who is quite analytical and had been studying my movements for a while( STALKER!! LOL or maybe it's just OBVIOUS.) I am an only child who envied friends or family members with a bunch of siblings. It just looked like so much fun. Anywho, We got to rapping about my interactions in group settings and whether I ever truly feel comfortable within them. Others will usually label me as a "social butterfly"-always willing to be where there are a bunch of "flowers"-usually out of the desire to experience others. But deep down, there is a peace and comfort that I find to be most fulfilling when I am by myself. Developing "only child syndrome" is easy, it involves years of practice of self encouragement, self entertainment, and sometimes having a chat or two by oneself...sounds nutty-but I know other only children can relate. So the question here is " Which setting to you feel most comfortable in and why?"
