On September 22, 2008, I started the 2008 Best Life Challenge. I first weighed in at 155 lbs. I weighed in yesterday at 144. My short-term goal is to be 140 by December 25, 2008. My long-term goal is to be 125 lbs by summer 2009.
What am I doing to be healthy?
1. No eating after 8pm
2. Eating a lot of fruits & veggies
3. Drinking green smoothies
4. Working out including light strength training, walking, aerobics and dance work outs
5. Drinking a minimum of 64 oz of water per day
