I had the most scrumptious and wholesome burger yesterday and it just tasted so good that I want to recreate it this weekend: Portabella Burgers! I found a great recipe that you must try. BTW INSTEAD OF MAYO alone I USE A TEASPOON OF MAYO combined with HUMMUS FOR FLAVOR)

That's what he told me. And because my mind was so warped to never really trust a man off the back "just so" I never got to tell him "thank you"...

My new Relationship and I'm in LOVE: Morning Walk/Runs

Yes, so as I let go of something I've taken on a new passion as a REBOUND. It's INVIGORATING AND JUST A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY. It's my relationship with walk/running. Sometimes as I walk/run I pretend I'm running across a beautiful beach or somewhere near water. So as I continue to work on myself emotionally through my early morning walk/runs I realize how easily I shed all the layers of yesterdays situations off me and envision myself creating a new layer of powerful skin.Even thought this started as a way to shape up a bit for my trip back home to Grenada, I'm really taking this CHALLENGE for the long haul and continuing this in the fall. I'm looking for a goal of losing 10 lbs to treat myself to a new pair of running sneakers (trainers) as an incentive as well. Anywho, there's something amazing about putting on your sneakers (trainers) in the morning, tying yuh head as if I'm getting ready for a battle or a journey and listening to some jams to get me going. I treat this challenge as a way for me to breathe deeply the unwanted energy off me and blow it out as I run.

New Beginnings...

As I drink my Chai Tea... I type here saying to myself what a way to start FRESH with joining a circle of sisters full of creativity, beauty, spirituality... I can go on and on!! I've decided to get back on the on-line circuit but from another space (letting go the other spaces for a time) to document my journey as I get back on track with my life from continuing my studies, working out and just enjoying life with a cleansed heart and mind... After spending about 9 months creating my thesis and birthing it to life, I'm excited for new challenges... I've let go some baggage in the process and that's okay, its a time and a season... I can't wait to continue in the documentation of my daily ideas and thoughts as well as reading others. I wish everyone peace, blessings, namaste, ashe'...
