The term for going from relaxed hair to natural hair is transitioning and there are so many beautiful sisters transitioning at the moment there is a mountain of information to be found on the internet. I would advise you to visit www.nappturality.com, the sisters there are so supportive and really know what they are talking about.
Find a good product (http://www.curls.biz/ makes great transitioningproducts) and wear your hair in twist or braid-outs (twist or braid when wet with products when dry loose out and wear the curls) this way the diffrence in texture (relaxed and natural) won't be noticed. Cut the relax ends off every month until you are left with a full head of natural hair.
